The agile company – What is the significance of flexible project work?

Companies move, because only what moves can change, or what do you mean? Apparently, this thesis is correct, because former startups, such as Tesla, Amazon and Apple, which are now global corporations, are driving the sweat of fear on the forehead scare scare scare scares established corporations such as Daimler, VW, DHL and Rolex.
A vehicle development in just three hundred and sixty days like Tesla? Delivery of parcels by drone on the same day as with Amazon? Can an innovative watch like the AppleWatch soon attack established brands like Rolex head-on? What makes these companies? They have all integrated agile methods into their daily work and have consistently established an agile “mindset” in the company in recent years. Brave, innovative and agile, like wolves, they are rushing into new markets and opportunities that incumbents are currently not touching.
In order to be able to meet these opportunities, companies need one aspect above all: they have to employ the best employees. Stars and high potentials who are constantly looking outside the box in the company.
One does not want to use the diagram to imagine what the “Generation Z” is likely to place on modern companies. The answer seems obvious. It is: agility in companies!
